This Boone Storage Dock is a device that holds your accessories in place, whether it be a cargo carrier, a simple ball mount or one of your bicycle racks. Also as a note this is not a free standing device, this part does need to be bolted against the wall to keep it in place. Your accessories mount on pretty much like a regular hitch pin.
