Tri-State Heating and Electric of Keokuk owners Sean Skinner and Shane McKoon donated 30 children’s bicycles to the Salvation Army this week. Corey Skinner, 6, is shown with some of the bicycles. The company has been donating bicycles during the holidays for eight years.
