Check our their consumer complaints. The after market service is appauling. They are by far the worst people to deal with that I have ever experienced not to mention they have numerous quality control issues. I would never recommend buying anything from them.
Since pvbicycle did not reply to your question tomcat I will let you know they run around $400 or more depending on where you shop. This is for the kit only. They appear to be very nice. At that price I would definitely expect excellence. I can buy a very nice motorized bike with motor for $525 but you still have to deal with the petroleum industry. I like this electric and feel it is probably the way to go. Just shop around for the best price. Hope this helps.
